Tournament Software for Tabletop Wargaming, Free for Organisers

Run the event.
Not the admin.

Brokk takes the week before the event as well as the day itself: registration, payments, drops and refunds, then pairings, scoring and standings. Free for organisers, with no subscription. Built first for Warhammer 40,000, written for anything played in rounds with a scoreboard.

We'll only email you about Brokk. Unsubscribe any time. See our privacy notice (opens in a new tab).

How it works

First ticket to final standings.

The week of admin before the doors open, and the day itself, in the order they actually happen.

01

Registration

Open registration, take payment and watch the roster fill. Tickets are sold through your own Stripe account, so the money is yours from the moment it clears.

02

Pairings & scoring

Round pairings generate from current standings and post the moment a round opens. Results go in from a phone at the table, with a second confirmation before anything counts.

03

Standings & brackets

Standings recalculate the instant a round closes. Cut from swiss rounds to an elimination bracket without exporting anything.

What it does

The paperwork, then the room.

Three things that eat an organiser's week, and three that run the day.

Registration and payment

Sell tickets through your own Stripe account. The money lands with you, and Brokk’s only charge is a share of a paid ticket.

Drops and waitlist

Someone pulls out on the Friday night. Promote the next player from the waitlist and the roster, the refund and the pairings stay in step.

Refunds that reconcile

Refund from the same screen that sold the ticket, so there is no cross-checking a payment processor against a roster at midnight.

Live pairings

Pairings post the second a round opens, on every screen in the room: a player’s phone, the projector, the TO’s tablet.

Scoring and bracket cuts

Large touch targets and tabular numbers for phone entry. Move from swiss rounds to single or double elimination without a spreadsheet in between.

Nothing for players to buy

Players check pairings, standings and army lists from their phone. No player subscription, no paywalled lists, no account fee to read the event they entered.

Who it's for

One tool, three jobs.

Organisers

Take registrations and payment, handle the drops and the refunds, then let pairings, scoring and standings run themselves on the day.

Clubs & stores

Run a free weekly ladder and a ticketed two-hundred-player major on the same tooling, with no subscription sitting between them.

Players

Check pairings, standings and lists from your phone. You never pay Brokk for access to an event you entered.

Pricing

Free for organisers.

Brokk makes money when you sell a ticket, and only then. There is no plan to compare, no tier that unlocks public events, and nothing for players to buy.

No subscription

Not now, not later. Run one event a year or one a week, public or private, at any size.

You pay when you get paid

Brokk’s only charge is a share of a paid ticket. Sell nothing and you pay nothing, so a free-entry club night costs you nothing at all.

Your Stripe, your money

Tickets are sold through your own Stripe account. The money lands with you when it clears, not with us.

Pass it on if you want

The fee can be added at checkout instead of absorbed, which makes Brokk cost you nothing at all.

Questions

Before you ask.

What does Brokk cost to run an event?

There is no subscription and no per-event fee, however many events you run and however public they are. Brokk’s only charge is a share of a paid ticket, and you can pass that to players at checkout. We’ll publish the exact rate, all in, before ticketing goes live.

What if our event is free to enter?

Then it costs you nothing at all. The fee applies to ticket sales, so an event with no paid tickets is free to run. Club nights and casual leagues sit on the same tooling as a major.

Where does the ticket money go?

Into your own Stripe account. The money lands with you when it clears — Brokk never holds it.

Do players have to pay for anything?

No. Pairings, standings and army lists are free to view, for everyone, with no player subscription and nothing held behind an account fee.

Do we need to install or host anything?

No. Brokk runs on our servers and opens in a browser. There is nothing to install, no server of your own to keep alive between events, and no update to apply the week before a major.

What games does it support?

Any tabletop game played in rounds with a scoring system. Faction, points, missions and army lists are configuration rather than a hardcoded assumption about one game. Built first for Warhammer 40,000, not built only for it.

Can players use it, or is it TO-only?

Both, and you set how far it goes. Players always get their own pairings and standings. Whether they can also submit their own result, or only table judges and TOs can, is configured per event.
